Lead Consultant
Holly Flinkman the owner and lead consultant with Emerald HR Solutions. Holly is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with a Bachelors of Business Degree with a major in Human Resources Management and in the EMBA program mid completion with University of Fredericton.
Holly Flinkman has over 25 years experience in business management and human resources including industry experience in local government, travel/tourism, health care, oil & gas and retail.
Holly has over 15 years experience in HR consulting including organizations in local government, private businesses and entrepreneurs.
Holly has the ability to build culture, guide small businesses and is passionate about workplace mental health and wellbeing. Holly is a skilled workplace investigator with experience in complex cases and high knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations and have worked in multiple provinces.
