Lead Consultant
Holly Flinkman the CEO and lead consultant with Emerald HR Solutions. Holly is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with an Executive Master in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management.
Holly Flinkman has over 25 years experience in business management and human resources including industry experience in construction and other trades, non-profit and local government, travel/tourism, health care, oil & gas and retail.
Holly has over 15 years experience in HR consulting including organizations in public sector, private businesses and entrepreneurs.
Holly has the ability to build culture, guide businesses and is passionate about workplace mental health and wellbeing. Holly is a skilled workplace investigator with experience in complex cases and high knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations, Canada Labour Code and legislation across Canada.
Holly and her team provide all areas of HR services and include technology in all the work performed by the team.
